Install day
Most single-room installs finish in a day. We mount the indoor head, run and insulate the pipework, connect the outdoor unit, test, and clean up before we leave.
Handover
We show you the remote, the modes, and how to run it cheaply. You keep the warranty paperwork and our number for anything after.

Heat pump install FAQs
What size heat pump do I need?
It depends on room volume, insulation, glazing, and orientation. A small bedroom might need a 2.5kW unit while an open-plan living area can need 6kW or more. We size it on site so you neither under-heat the room nor overpay for capacity you never use.
How long does installation take?
A standard back-to-back install where the outdoor unit sits on the wall behind the indoor head usually takes half a day to a day. Longer pipe runs, tricky access, or multiple units add time. We give you the expected window in the written quote.
Do you service the wider Auckland area?
